Outcomes from real Big Dog Law matters. We anonymize details when client privacy requires it. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome — every case turns on its own facts.
The headline number on a verdict or settlement is rarely the most important number. What matters more is whether the recovery actually reflects what was lost — medical bills paid, future treatment funded, lost wages restored, and a reasonable amount for the pain, the disruption, and (when warranted) the punishment of someone who shouldn't have done what they did.
A "high" settlement isn't impressive if the client still has unpaid bills six months later. A "modest" settlement that fully clears the slate, takes care of the family, and closes the chapter is a great result. We aim for the second kind.
We're updating this page as new client matters close and as we obtain written permission to publish specific results. Until then, here are the types of cases we resolve regularly.
